Dedicated server, VPS and server colocation customers are provided with unfiltered, un-managed dedicated Internet access. This means that, by default, no restrictions or firewall rules are placed on the traffic to/from your server and you will be able to use any valid TCP/UDP port.
If you desire external firewall service, please speak with your account representative to learn more about the optional services we can provide to assist you.
Note that we will always reserve the right to enforce our AUP and TOS policies. We may restrict traffic in the event of unsafe or abusive activity in order to protect the integrity of our network.
