These actions can be done inside your Customer Portal.
1. Once you are logged in, go to “Active Products / Services” (top right) and click on "View Details". (If you have more than one service, be sure to click on the service you wish to cancel.)
2. In the "Actions" menu (on the left) Click on "Request Cancellation".
3. In the box provided, please type the reason for your cancellation. Then Click the "Cancellation Type" you wish: Immediate or End of Billing Period.
4. Click the red "Request Cancellation".
